AIRED: Nov 12, 2018

As 2019 approaches, understanding the intentions of advertisers and the growth of emerging trends such as voice search is important for media and technology companies. This webinar offered a deep dive into these areas with subject matter experts, Bernadette Coleman, CEO, Advice Interactive Group and Celine Matthiessen, VP, Analysis & Insights, BIA Advisory Services.

Sharing findings from BIA’s new U.S. SAM Survey™, Celine explained the priorities of local advertisers and their ad spending plans for 2019 as it relates to TV, radio, mobile, social and other top channels. Local as a Service (LaaS): Brands Going Local

AIRED: Nov 14, 2018

National brands want to both look good at the local level to drive engagement.

According to BIA estimates, by 2022, national brands will spend $74.8 billion in paid media to reach local audiences through a variety of channels including direct buying and funding through co-op and market development fund programs. The rise of local marketing automation, aka, “through channel marketing automation,” has reshaped the ecosystem for brands, agencies, local affiliates, and both digital and traditional media.

BIA uses the label “Local as a Service” (LaaS) to designate companies that exist to connect national brands to local consumers leveraging technology, platforms, data, and automation. Explore this important and emerging topic during this executive workshop.

Top executives from leading LaaS firms and BIA’s managing director, Rick Ducey, will discuss how these platforms enable data-driven, automated targeting and activation of local media channels.

Both national marketers and local media channels win with LaaS platform solutions. Attend this workshop to discover best practices.
